Rentals are from SUNDAY to SUNDAY. The accommodation is available on the day of arrival after 5 pm and must be vacated on the day of departure before 10 am.
No issues with staggered arrival or departure, but any week started is payable in full.
Rates are quoted per week for up to 2 people. They include taxes, provision of sheets, bath towels, and household linen.
An additional €140 per week will be charged for each extra person, €50 for a baby under 3 years old (including crib and high chair), and €40 for a small pet.
Upon setup, beds are made upon your arrival, and household linen is provided.
We require a 50% deposit upon booking, with the balance due 30 days before handing over the keys. Additionally, a security deposit of €1200 is required, either by uncashed check or in cash, along with a mandatory contribution of €130 for setup, tourist tax, WIFI zone, and cleaning.
Transfers, cash, bank checks, and credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation

Canceled reservations will not be refunded.
